Form9 is a puzzle app made by a single independent developer. These terms are deliberately short and plain. By using Form9 you agree to them.

Using the app

Form9 is yours to enjoy for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its puzzles.

Purchases and subscriptions

Any purchases or subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple, not by Form9. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID — open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Provided "as is"

Form9 is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. I work hard to make it stable and pleasant, but I can't guarantee it will be error-free or available without interruption, and I'm not liable for any loss arising from its use to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
